About the artistVladymyr Yakobchuk was born in Ukraine and started drawing at a young age. He attended a specialized art school in Kiev and was accepted at the Odessa Art State College where, from 1989 to 1994, he pursued his apprenticeship. He migrated to Montreal in 1997, where he furthered his studies. He has since been working for diverse newspapers and magazines based in the United States and Canada. |
